Return/Refund Policy

John Sloane Art makes every effort to ensure your order is delivered accurately and as promised. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason (within 30 days of receipt) and would like to request a refund, please email us at sales@johnsloaneart.com with a brief description of the problem. Be sure to include your order number, name and best email address to reach you at, so that we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for the return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

* Do not return product until after you have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Products returned to us without a RMA# will not be processed for a refund.

Once you receive your RMA#, carefully re-pack the item in its original shipping materials (or similar sturdy, safe packaging if the original materials are no longer available) and ship the item back to us using USPS / UPS. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We strongly suggest you choose a service that provides you with insurance and a tracking number in the case of lost or carrier damaged returns.

Please Note: This refund policy applies to non-personalized, physical products only. Products with any type of personalized imprinting are not returnable.
No refunds or adjustments will be made for 'digital / downloadable' products once they have been downloaded.
